AT THE INTERSECTION OF INTERNATIONAL ROUTES AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES: TRANSLOGISTICA KAZAKHSTAN 2026 TO BRING TOGETHER TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS INDUSTRY LEADERS IN ASTANA

FROM OCTOBER 14 TO 16, 2026, ASTANA WILL HOST THE 29TH KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS EXHIBITION, TRANSLOGISTICA KAZAKHSTAN 2026.

For almost three decades, the event has united the professional community and served as a platform for showcasing modern transport and logistics solutions, developing business ties and discussing current industry issues.

The exhibition will traditionally be held as part of Kazakhstan Transport Week, which takes place alternately in Almaty and Astana each year. Holding the event in the capital creates additional opportunities for professional interaction among representatives of businesses, government authorities, national companies, industry associations and international partners.

This year, companies from the Netherlands and Poland will join the exhibition, further expanding the event’s international reach. More than 250 domestic and international companies from 20 countries are expected to participate, including Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, the UAE and Uzbekistan. National pavilions will be presented by Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Türkiye. For the first time, the Service Exporters’ Association of Türkiye, representing more than 700 companies, will participate in the exhibition.

The exhibition will cover the principal segments of the modern transport and logistics industry: freight transport by land, air and sea; freight forwarding; warehouse and terminal logistics; cargo storage; multimodal transport; and digital and IT solutions for supply chain management. Particular attention will be paid to automation technologies, the optimisation of logistics processes and the development of international transport routes.

A significant component of the exhibition will be an extensive business programme covering human resources, project and warehouse logistics, the development of international transport corridors, digitalisation and the continued transformation of supply chains.

The following events will take place at the exhibition on October 14:

The plenary session “Women Leaders of a New Era: People, Technology and the Future of Transport and Logistics” will focus on human capital development, training the workforce of the future and the new competencies required by the industry amid digitalisation, automation and the adoption of artificial intelligence.

The Third BreakBulk Kazakhstan Conference. Session One, “Project Logistics for Industry and Energy in Central Asia,” will address the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo, logistics for major industrial and energy projects, the development of multimodal routes and risk management in project cargo transportation.

Session Two, “Trans-Eurasian Routes and Multimodal Solutions for Project and General Cargo,” will focus on the potential of Caspian ports and the Middle Corridor, the development of new routes between Central Asia and the Caucasus, the digitalisation of multimodal transport and interaction between different modes of transport.

At the same time, the Regional Dialogue “Advancing the Implementation of the Awaza Programme of Action: Building a Professional and Sustainable Road Transport Industry to Enhance Connectivity and Competitiveness,” organised by IRU and UN-OHRLLS jointly with KAZATO, will take place on the second floor of the EXPO International Exhibition Centre.

On October 15, the programme will continue with Supply Chain Day and the Fifth Kazakhstan Warehousing and Logistics Conference:

The session “Kazakhstan’s Warehouse and Terminal Infrastructure: Investment, E-Commerce and Automation” will focus on the development of warehouse property and logistics hubs, attracting investment, infrastructure for e-commerce and retail, and the introduction of automation, robotics and AI.

The session “Cargo Owner 2030: Transparency, Digital Services and Cost Management” will examine changing requirements for logistics services, digital supply management, cost optimisation, supply chain resilience and the development of 3PL and 4PL models.

Presentation of the comprehensive OkLog system.

A special place in the Kazakhstan Transport Week programme will be given to the Ninth New Silk Way International Transport and Logistics Business Forum, which brings together representatives of the public and private sectors, industry organisations and the international transport community. The forum will be held at the EXPO Congress Centre.

The business programme will conclude on October 16 with:

Expert Talks “Transport and Logistics in Kazakhstan 2035: What Will the Next Stage of Development Look Like?” The session will focus on promising transport corridors, Kazakhstan’s future role on the Eurasian map, the development of the Middle Corridor after 2030, the adoption of AI and digital platforms, and the industry’s priorities for the coming decade.

The programme will be complemented by a podcast zone, which will operate on October 14 and 15 with the support of Atameken Business Channel, the Association of Kazakhstan Freight Railway Carriers and TLK Media. The venue will provide a space for open professional dialogue on current trends, practical case studies and prospects for the development of the transport and logistics market.

In the new season, TransLogistica Kazakhstan will continue to provide a platform for direct interaction among transport and logistics market participants, the presentation of new solutions, the exchange of industry expertise and the development of international cooperation.
