RUSSIAN RAILWAYS LOGISTICS IS INCREASING THE VOLUME OF TRANSPORTATION OF AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS FROM CHINA TO RUSSIA

Russian Railways Logistics JSC since the beginning of 2023 has organized the delivery from China of more than 10 thousand vehicle sets for Russian automakers. Transportation is carried out on several routes – through the territory of Kazakhstan, Mongolia, as well as through the border crossings of Grodekovo-Suifenhe and Zabaikalsk-Manchuria.

Within the framework of the service, both direct rail shipments and multimodal transportation through the ports of the Far East are organized. The diversification of routes allows for flexible delivery costs and strict compliance with delivery deadlines, which is especially important for the organization of an uninterrupted production process. The choice of route is influenced by the degree of congestion of the transport infrastructure, in particular, border crossings, among other factors.

The complex of services of Russian Railways Logistics includes the procedure of preliminary customs declaration, which allows speeding up customs clearance after the arrival of the cargo at the destination due to the advance submission and verification of the necessary documentation.
