On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I welcome participants and guests of the TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2019 International Exhibition!
Holding such events of the international level as the TransLogistica Kazakhstan Exhibition provides a unique opportunity to share experiences, discuss current issues of the transport industry, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Being situated at the very center of important transport lines of the Eurasian continent, Kazakhstan is a strategic partner for many states, as evidenced by the participation of transport enterprises and companies from the CIS and non-CIS countries in the upcoming exhibition.
I am confident that the meetings and discussions of experts from leading transport companies, their constructive proposals regarding the state and prospects of the development of the country's transport and logistics complex and enterprises will contribute to the further promotion of Kazakhstan's transit capabilities and fruitful cooperation between enterprises and companies from the CIS and non-CIS countries.

On behalf of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company, I am glad to welcome you on the occasion of the opening of the TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2019 International Exhibition.
It is important to note that for several years, the TransLogistica Kazakhstan exhibition has been contributing to the transport industry development in Kazakhstan, the CIS countries, and the Baltic States. It is a platform to demonstrate prospective innovations and solutions, best achievements in the field of transport and logistics, discuss the most acute professional issues. Such a business spirit is essential to successfully solve critical tasks to improve the transport industry and increase its competitiveness.
In Kazakhstan, rail transport plays a vital role in ensuring the growth of the national economy, the entry of domestic products into international markets, and the realization of the country's transit potential.
JSC KTZ NC actively works to expand the service to increase the level of customer focus, and to export Kazakhstan products with minimal costs.
Measures are being taken to simplify and accelerate the passage of trains to attract freight traffic and ensure the effectiveness of the existing infrastructure.
Much attention is paid to interaction with the railways of neighboring states, shippers, logistics companies on tariff policy issues, organization of transportation, optimization of transport, and logistics costs.Container transportation allows us to realize transit and transport potential of the country in full.
Despite the current difficulties in international trade relations, we expect an increase in transit container traffic in 2019 at the level of 40-50% compared to last year.
I am confident that TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2019 will allow establishing business contacts, lay a foundation for the long-term and reliable partnership for further development of transportation and logistics complex.

Dear exhibitors and exhibition’s guests!
On behalf of Kazakhstan Freight Forwarding Association (KFFA) and Kazakhstan Association of carriers and operators wagons (containers) (KazACO) I welcome and congratulate you with the opening of International exhibition TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2019!
More than 80% of freight transported by rail in the country is carried by wagons of KazACO companies, and KFFA companies organize 100% of freight transportation in transit, 91% in export traffic, 80% in import traffic and 80% in domestic traffic.
The companies of both associations are actively involved in the work carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC «National Welfare Fund «Samruk- Kazyna», JSC «National Company «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» to implement the tasks facing the country's transport industry.
Representatives of more than 100 KazACO and KFFA companies take part in the work and events of the exhibition. Many of them are presented at separate stands.
Exhibitors will be able to take part in the II International Conference «Transport and Logistics» on September 18-19, 2019. On September 20, 2019, Kazakhstan and Chinese forwarders and carriers will hold a discussion on the problems of ensuring trade between Asia and Europe.
The exhibition will provide an opportunity to discuss urgent problems of the transport industry, exchange experience, expand and strengthen business contacts, and establish constructive cooperation with new partners.

Kazakhstan is a transit state and a strategic partner of many countries. One of the most important tasks facing Kazakhstan is maximum utilization of state's transit potential.
The main tasks of the Union of Transport Workers of Kazakhstan "KAZLOGISTICS" are solution of problems of general-transportation system nature, improvement of interaction at the interface of industries, formation of a modern regulatory framework for multimodal and intermodal communications, and development and implementation of state support measures for transport infrastructure enterprises.
Annual exhibition TransLogistica Kazakhstan demonstrates a full range of industry solutions – from transport and forwarding services to software and equipment for cargo handling and as well as possible contributes to development of Kazakhstan transport potential and international cooperation.
It is important to mention that this year, within the framework of the exhibition, a number of the following events is planned: II International Conference “Market of Transport and Logistics”, Round table of the Transport and Communications Research Institute on the Role of Science and Education in transportation and logistics development, Expert session of Trans-Logistics Kazakhstan journal and a Round table: Bilateral meeting of Kazakhstan and Chinese forwarders to discuss measures to increase transit through the border of Kazakhstan and China.
I am confident that the exhibition will allow participants of transport market to establish long-term relations, which in turn will positively affect increase in the volume of transit cargo, increase in the volume of transportation of goods and turnover.

This year, more than 90 companies from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, Estonia, and South Korea will present their services, equipment, and technologies to specialists. Among the participants of the Exhibition, there are administration of seaports, railways and special economic zones of Kazakhstan and foreign countries; transport and logistics centers; manufacturers and dealers of automotive equipment; wagon construction and repair plants; suppliers of equipment for logistic centers; manufacturers of warehouse equipment; companies, engaged in processing and warehousing of goods; as well as insurance and consulting companies.
TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2019 exhibition will allow visitors to optimize the delivery of any commercial cargo through direct contact with forwarding companies and owners of freight vehicles, containers, wagons, ships and aircrafts, terminals, warehouses, and port infrastructure, as well as find reliable partners for the construction of transport and logistics chain and agree on cooperation on favorable terms. Within the framework of the business program, participants will discuss the development of the transport industry: the potential for air cargo and the improvement of road infrastructure, critical trends in the container transportation market, digitalization and improvement of the regulatory framework, and solving problems in the legislation.
Traditionally, the 2nd International Conference on the Market of Transport and Logistics, organized by the Silk Way Institute of Logistics and Business and KAZLOGISTICS Union of Transport Workers of Kazakhstan, will take place in parallel with the Exhibition.
